Monika Pruszyńska has been practicing as a Solicitor since 2009, after completing her legal training at the District Chamber of Solicitors in Katowice. She is a graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration, since 2005.
She specializes in providing comprehensive legal services for corporate entities, including publicly traded companies, particularly in the mining industry. In cooperation with foreign lawyers, she leads and coordinates the implementation of projects and disputes in cross-border matters and within the territory of the Republic of Poland. As a certified mediator, she conducts business mediations throughout Poland, especially in Silesia.
She represents clients in numerous court and court-administrative proceedings. She takes care of the interests of creditors and debtors in the context of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. In her professional practice, thesolicitor focuses on identifying alternative ways to solve client problems, conducts negotiations in contract formation, collects claims, conducts legal audits, merges, transforms, suspends, and liquidates corporate entities.
Since 2012, she has been a certified mediator in Katowice, registered on the list of court mediators at the District Court in Katowice.
